# Terms & Conditions **Last updated: 10 June 2026** ## 1. Identification These terms govern the contracting of the services offered at holalegal.ai by **MOBA LAW SLP**, Tax ID (NIF) B22973085, with registered office at Carretera de Rubí nº 40-50, planta 3, puerta 7, Sant Cugat del Vallés (08174), Barcelona, Spain and contact email hola@holalegal.ai. ## 2. Services and prices The following one-time services are offered, among others: - **Legal Assessment** — a personalised AI-generated legal and tax report and access to the Moba Law AI assistant for 30 days. - **Full Consultation** — includes the report and assistant access, plus a 60-minute strategy video call with a MOBA LAW SLP lawyer and a personalised action plan. The applicable prices are those shown on the Site at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown including any applicable taxes under current regulations. ## 3. Contracting process The user completes the form, creates an account and contracts the chosen service. Once payment is confirmed, access to the service is enabled and the user receives confirmation. The contracting languages are Spanish and English. ## 4. Payment Payment is made through a secure payment gateway. MOBA LAW SLP does not store full payment-method details. ## 5. Nature of the service The AI-generated report is indicative. Professional legal advice and the lawyer-client relationship are provided, where applicable, through the consultation booked with a registered lawyer of MOBA LAW SLP. The AI assistant is an informational support tool. ## 6. Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have **14 calendar days** to withdraw from the contract without justification. However, under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), **the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or services performed immediately where you have expressly consented to the service beginning and acknowledged that you consequently lose your right of withdrawal.** Because the report is generated immediately after purchase, by requesting its generation you consent to the immediate start of the service and accept the loss of the right of withdrawal over that content once delivered. Any portion of the professional consultation not yet provided may be withdrawn from under the legal terms. To exercise withdrawal, where applicable, write to hola@holalegal.ai. ## 7. Access and duration Access to the AI assistant lasts for the period stated in each plan (30 days). The video call, in the plan that includes it, will be scheduled in an available slot. ## 8. Liability MOBA LAW SLP is liable in accordance with applicable law. No specific outcome of any procedure is guaranteed, as outcomes depend on the competent authorities and on the information provided by the user. ## 9. Customer service and complaints For any enquiry or complaint you may contact hola@holalegal.ai. In accordance with EU regulations, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at **https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr**. ## 10. Intellectual property The report is provided for the user's personal use. The Site's content, trademarks and software belong to MOBA LAW SLP or its licensors. ## 11. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of the user's domicile or those that legally apply in their favour.
